Shipping Policy

We ship all of our plants via UPS ground unless otherwise specified by the customer. Customers do have the option to upgrade shipping to 2-day or 1-day (at customer's expense.) For our UPS ground shipping, currently we have a flat rate of $20.00 per box. We also provide delayed shipping to those people in certain areas that want to ship plants according to the weather in their area/region. We ship plants to the Continental United States only. Our shipping days are on Mondays and Tuesdays each week. For Custom Grafting orders, your order is taken and grafted. It takes about 3-4 months before your plant is shipped.

Cancellation of Your Order Policy

Cancellation of your order needs to be done within 24 hours of placing it. We will refund the amount to the same card that you placed your order with. Please be aware that it may take several days to post back to your account.

Terms of Sale for Retail Sales on Our Website and Nursery

Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to availability. Floriculteur by M. DeVor (“We” or “Seller”) reserves the right to correct clerical or typographical errors at any time, even after acceptance and sale. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing an order.

Our Custom-grafted orders for plants, are only grafted after receipt of order. They are then shipped to the customer after the plant has been grown by us for 4 months after budding. Buyer should understand that it is a custom-grafted plant that is made specifically for them and be willing to wait for the plant to grow to an acceptable size for shipment.

All online orders are subject to acceptance and issuance of an order acknowledgment from the Seller. If any terms on the face of any order acknowledgment/confirmation or invoice of Seller differ from or conflict with these Terms (for example only, special delivery or payment terms), the face terms will control over these Terms. Any pre-printed terms on any Seller order acknowledgment/confirmation or invoice that differ or conflict with these terms do NOT apply.

Floriculteur accepts most major credit cards for your convenience. FloriCulteur need not ship or deliver products if you (“Buyer”) have not met your payment or other contractual obligations.

Delivery

Delivery dates provided are estimates and may vary. Please note that delivery charges are not included in the listed prices and will be detailed separately. For orders not picked up, they will be shipped Free on Board Seller's Shipping Point (F.O.B). Once shipped F.O.B., you assume the risk of loss or damage from the moment the product is loaded onto the carrier at our and throughout the transportation and delivery process to your designated location.

Refund Policy

Within thirty (30) days of purchase at our nursery or on our online website, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with any purchase, we will gladly exchange the item or provide store credit or refund the purchase price as further provided in this paragraph. You are responsible for any shipping costs to return items. All returns are subject to approval by the Seller. A refund or store credit will be issued for all accepted returns if a replacement is unavailable, at Seller’s sole discretion.

If the purchase price is refunded:

(A) credit card sales with a valid receipt will be credited to the card.

(B) Cash sales with a valid receipt will receive cash back if the sale is under one hundred Dollars ($100.00); if the sale is over one hundred Dollars, a refund check will be mailed within five business days.

Receipts are required for all returns at our Nursery Location.
